人文精神教育内化于《儿科护理学》教学初探

Abstract
目的:探讨人文精神教育在《儿科护理学》课程思政改革中的应用效果.方法:选取2016级护理专业本科学生103人为对照组,采用传统的案例教学法;选取2017级护理本科专业学生118人为实验组,采用人文精神教育结合案例法教学,以南丁格尔精神、北大荒精神、佳医精神为人文精神思政元素,贯穿教学过程.结果:实验组学生的过程性评价成绩明显高于对照组,实验组学生的人文精神学习效果评价优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论:人文精神教育在《儿科护理学》教学中具有积极作用,课程思政教育可提高学生的知识水平和综合素质.
