标准化病人在普通外科临床教学中的应用研究

Abstract
目的:探索SP教学模式在普通外科临床教学中的应用.方法:选取100名学生作为研究对象,SP组进行SP教学,对照组进行传统实习教学方式.结果:学生对SP教学形式、氛围更满意、支持(SP组96%,对照组80%,差异有统计学意义,P=0.028);SP教学模式明显提高医学生的临床实践能力(SP组96%,对照组76%,差异有统计学意义,P=0.008).临床技能考核SP组明显优于对照组(P=0.041).结论:SP教学模式可有效的提高学生学习效率同时,可培养学生的临床诊查操作技能及医患沟通技巧等多方面综合技能.
