临床思维考核是住院医师规范化培训的重要内容.文章介绍了中国医科大学附属盛京医院在辽宁省住院医师大赛中,采用全新的Mini-CEX结合情景模拟模式,考察住培医师的临床思维能力及岗位胜任力,并取得满意效果,同时对此种模式的难点及解决方案进行重点描述.
