    Abstract
    目的 分析显微镜和间接眼底镜下外路手术治疗孔源性视网膜脱离的疗效.方法 2013年1月至2015年12月,于我院收治的孔源性视网膜脱离患者中选取246例,分为两组,间接眼底镜下外路手术作为对照组,显微镜下外路手术作为观察组,对比两组手术效果.结果 观察组环扎+硅压手术时间和硅压手术时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组各种并发症发生率、冷凝反应与视力情况对比,差异无统计学意义P>0.05.结论 显微镜和间接眼底镜下外路手术均能够对孔源性视网膜脱离患者进行有效治疗,但显微镜下外路手术的疗效更显著.
