Abstract
世界卫生组织统计表明,癫痫患病率为5%~11.2%,世界上至少有5000万癫痫患者,其中20% ~ 30%不能通过药物控制,为药物难治性癫痫[1].对于无法进行病灶切除手术的癫痫患者,应用现有手段仍无法控制发作,迫切需要新的治疗策略.脑深部电刺激(DBS)是功能神经外科治疗神经系统疾病的一种方法,通过立体定向在特定靶点植入电极,应用神经刺激器给予适当的电刺激,可改变相应核团的兴奋性,以达到控制癫痫发作的目的.与迷走神经刺激术治疗癫痫类似[2],现将DBS在癫痫治疗中的进展综述如下.
