山茱萸多糖提取工艺的研究

Abstract
目的:利用正交试验设计优选提取山茱萸多糖的工艺条件.方法:以山茱萸多糖的提取率为指标,通过正交试验设计,考察提取工艺的加水量、提取时间、提取温度和醇沉浓度4个因素,从而筛选出最佳提取工艺条件.结果:影响提取工艺的主次因素为:加水量>醇沉浓度>提取温度>提取时间.优选得到的最佳提取工艺条件是用10倍量水,提取温度90℃,提取3次,每次1.5h,提取液浓缩脱蛋白后加入4倍量80%的乙醇混匀,静置过夜,取沉淀干燥即得.结论:本工艺条件科学合理,稳定可行,可有效保证产品质量.
