Abstract
比较扎来普隆与阿普唑仑治疗失眠症的疗效和安全性.
1对象和方法
均为2009年2月至12月我院门诊首次治疗符合中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准第3版失眠症诊断标准的患者.年龄20～64岁;病程1～60个月;Hamilton抑郁量表(HAMD)<14分.排除严重躯体疾病、酒和药物依赖及药物过敏、治疗前1周使用过抗精神病药、抗抑郁药.
