Abstract
老年急性胆囊炎患者病情往往复杂、进展快,如不能及时诊治,常出现胆囊坏疽、穿孔等严重并发症.老年急性胆囊炎患者在临床表现、实验室检查及影像学检查方面常有其自身特点,在诊断过程中需注意.与非老年患者相比,老年急性胆囊炎患者又具有伴发其他系统疾病、多器官功能减退、免疫能力低等特点,影响对老年患者的诊断与治疗.因此,对老年急性胆囊炎的诊断与治疗较非老年患者更为复杂,CT、MRI等影像学检查能提供可靠的诊断依据,微创胆囊切除术或胆囊穿刺引流的应用越来越多.本文现对老年急性胆囊炎的诊疗进展作一概述,以期为老年急性胆囊炎的诊疗提供参考.
