Abstract
目的 探索社区康复保健干预轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)的模式构建.方法 依托试点社区卫生服务中心,探索老年MCI中医康复保健一体化干预模式,模式内涵包括:①人群筛查-西医诊断-中医辨证为一体的辨病流程和标准;②健康教育-生活调理-腧穴按摩-电针-中药为一体的干预流程和标准;③神经心理评估-血液生物学指标检测为一体的评价方式.结果 立足于社区卫生服务中心,将中医康复保健服务拓展到MCI人群成为试点中心的特色和专长.结论 构建MCI患者中医康复保健一体化干预模式,开展MCI早期康复,是防控老年认知功能障碍的有效途径之一.
