    Abstract
    通过探讨我院肝胆胃肠病研究所自2014年5月至2015年4月完成的8例心脏死亡器官捐赠(donation after citizen's death,DCD)肝移植患者围术期的护理,认为有必要积极做好受体的术前准备;术后严密监测病情、及时护理,给予营养支持,维持内环境稳定;积极做好保护性隔离,减少感染和并发症的发生;对于特殊患者需要给予个体化心理护理,预防焦虑、抑郁等心理问题的发生;为了提高DCD受体肝移植的存活率和减少并发症的发生还需不断完善出院指导.通过探讨8例DCD同种异体原位肝移植术的护理,对公民死亡供体捐献行肝移植的流程及围术期护理重点有了进一步的认识,对今后开展DCD肝移植工作有着重大的意义.
