Abstract
冠心病是威胁人类健康的主要疾病之一，其发病率在我国呈逐年上升趋势，发病年龄多在40岁以后，男性多于女性， ；以脑力劳动者多见［1］。2002年WHO报道，每年由冠心病引起的死亡人数近720万，占总死亡人数的15％［2］。冠心病常反复发作，病程长，患者需长时间遵医嘱服药、保持良好的饮食和生活习惯，才能有效防止或减少急性发作，延长生存期［3］。有效的健康教育可帮助人们建立正确的健康理念，加强患者遵医行为，提高生活质量，现对其研究进展综述如下。
