中医综合疗法在急性胆囊炎术后康复中的应用效果

Abstract
目的:探讨中医综合疗法在急性胆囊炎术后患者康复中的应用效果.方法:选取行腹腔镜手术治疗的急性胆囊炎患者130例,按入院先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,每组65例.对照组术后给予常规治疗方法,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用中医综合疗法(中药调理、饮食调节、情志疏导),两组均治疗7d.比较两组术后患者胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间,记录两组患者治疗前后的抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分,观察并发症发生情况.结果:观察组术后胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后,两组SDS评分、SAS评分均较治疗前降低,观察组SDS评分、SAS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组术后并发症发生率为4.62％(3/65),低于对照组的18.46％(12/65),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:中医综合疗法有助于促进急性胆囊炎术后患者快速康复,降低并发症发生率.
