六味地黄丸对甲亢阴虚小鼠肝组织钠钾泵的影响

Abstract
目的:观察六味地黄丸对甲亢阴虚小鼠肝钠钾泵功能的影响,探讨六味地黄丸对甲亢阴虚小鼠的作用机理.方法:用甲状腺素300mg/kg和2mg/kg利血平饲服的方法制作大鼠甲亢模型,将小鼠随机分成5组:空白组,模型组,六味地黄丸低、中、高剂量组.连续给药治疗14d后处死小鼠.用放免法检测各组小鼠血清的FT3、FT4、TSH的水平、肝钠钾泵的活力及线粒体呼吸链ATP酶的活性.结果:小鼠FT3、FT4、TSH水平及外观显示具有中医阴虚证的临床表现,制备的阴虚症动物模型成功.各六味地黄丸组小鼠血清FT3、FT4含量及肝组织肝钠钾泵活性、线粒体呼吸链ATP酶明显低于模型对照组,两者相比具有显著性差异.结论:中药六味地黄丸能有效降低实验性甲亢大鼠的甲状腺激素水平和肝组织钠钾泵活性.
