开放与远程教育双师型教学团队建设初探

Abstract
团队最初起源于企业，之后突破了企业管理学领域，在教育领域也得到了较为广泛应用。开放与远程教育对于学员来说，是通过运用网上多媒体资源进行自主式学习。因此，建立什么形式的教师队伍，成为一个亟待解决的关键问题。教师团队的建设可以推动教学模式的改革，也可以培养创新性人才。双师型教学团队是提高远程开放教育人才培养质量，提升高职院校核心竞争力的重要途径。通过教学团队的组建，教师间可以实现知识的交流与共享，提高集体绩效的目标。本文提出组建教学团队的现实意义，探讨了教学团队构成、目标、机制建设和考核制度等理论问题。
