读书报告会在内科住院医师规范化培训分层培养中的应用

Abstract
目的:探讨读书报告会在内科住院医师规范化培训分层培养中的作用.方法:在某大学附属第一医院内科进行住院医师规范化培训的217名学员作为研究对象.定期按科室举办住院医师读书报告会,住培医师填写问卷,根据学员特点分为:研究生组、社会规培组、本院医生组.统计问卷结果 进行分层分析并进行PDCA质控.结果:读书报告会的开展可教会学员根据病例问题查阅文献,提升学习的主动性,训练临床和科研的思维能力.其中研究生组接受度最高,提升最大.结论:读书报告会对内科住院医师规范化培训、尤其对高素质的研究生型住培学员分层培养起到了积极作用.
