重组麻疹病毒载体疫苗研究进展
Abstract
麻疹病毒是一种传染性很强的病毒,是麻疹的病原体.我国自20世纪60年代初应用减毒活疫苗以来,儿童麻疹发病率显著下降.在天花灭绝后,WHO已将麻疹列为计划消灭的传染病之一.随着分子生物学的进展,各种减毒活疫苗和其他微生物载体的麻疹病毒疫苗也相继问世.同时,几十年来麻疹病毒减毒活疫苗的运用表明了其安全、高效,目前也被广泛用作重组麻疹病毒(rMV)载体平台,并已被应用于预防病毒感染,溶瘤等医学研究领域.现对rMV的功能和应用等方面的研究进展作一综述,为深入研究重组麻疹病毒的溶瘤机制和进一步完善重组麻疹病毒载体平台提供参考.
