Abstract
核因子NF-E2相关因子2(nuclear factor erythroid-2 related factor 2,Nrf2)是细胞抗氧化应激(oxidative stress,OS)反应中的中枢调节者,其与胞浆蛋白伴侣分子Keap1(Kelch样环氧氯丙烷相关蛋白-1)及抗氧化反应元件(antioxidant response ele-ment,ARE)共同构成Keap1-Nrf2-ARE通路,诱导编码抗氧化蛋白和Ⅱ相解毒酶的表达,在细胞抗OS的主要防御机制中发挥关键作用,与肝脏疾病的发生发展联系密切.本文对Keap1-Nrf2-ARE通路作用机制、激动剂和参与肝脏疾病病理机制的最新研究进展综述如下.
