Abstract
通过4年的试验,突破楸树和梓树远缘杂交障碍,培育出一种楸树属新种质.总结出授粉时的花粉类型、杂交时间和温度是克服紫葳科楸树属远缘杂交不亲和的关键因素;采用父本多个无性系的混合花粉,在6月下旬至7月上旬、环境温度30℃以上的条件下授粉,成功率高、质量好,是远缘杂交育种的关键环节.
