后颅凹成形术治疗小脑出血术后小脑骨窗疝1例

Abstract
小脑出血约占脑出血的10％[1],多表现为头晕、恶心、呕吐等临床症状.由于后颅窝容积小,出血后容易发生脑脊液循环梗阻,形成急性梗阻性脑积水,引起枕骨大孔疝,如不及时救治,可迅速致呼吸、心跳骤停而死亡 [2～4].常规手术方案是后正中入路开颅血肿清除+后颅凹减压术,术后减压去除后颅凹区域一般不做处理,后颅凹修补的病例少有报道,我院通过后颅凹成形术成功救治小脑出血术后小脑骨窗疝1例,现报道如下.
