Abstract
在新形势下,食品质量安全问题已成为公共卫生领域的重要问题.食品质量安全问题层出不穷,它不仅会严重影响到消费者的身心健康,还会影响到我国经济的稳定运行,甚至会影响社会的稳定.因此,必须引起社会各界和政府部门的高度重视.近几年,海洋食品销售量持续增长,但海洋食品的生产链条较长、生产环节较多,对海洋食品质量安全问题较难控制.因此,必须积极采取优化措施,解决海洋食品质量安全问题,保证我国海洋食品的质量,保护人们的身心健康.
