首乌益智胶囊HPLC指纹图谱研究

Abstract
目的:建立首乌益智胶囊的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法.方法:采用Thermo Syncronis C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1％甲酸水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,进样量10μL,柱温30℃,检测波长280nm,流速1.0mL/min.结果:建立了首乌益智胶囊的HPLC特征指纹图谱,确定了24个共有峰,指认了2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-0-β-D-葡萄糖苷、丹酚酸B、大黄素、大黄素甲醚和丹参酮ⅡA五个特征峰.结论:建立的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法简单、重现性好,可为首乌益智胶囊的质量评价提供依据.
