Abstract
乳糜胸是指乳糜在胸腔内聚集,通常可分为先天性、创伤性和非创伤性乳糜胸,主要的临床症状为胸腔积液引起的呼吸窘迫.近日,本院接诊了一例创伤性乳糜胸的病例,通过胸导管结扎术配合心包切开术进行治疗后病猫恢复良好.本文通过对该病例的分析,结合国内外参考资料,对猫乳糜胸的诊断和治疗进行总结,以期待为临床医师诊治类似病例提供参考.
