小型SERF原子磁力计控制与信号检测电路设计

Abstract
现有小型无自旋交换弛豫(SERF)原子磁力计的研究工作对于后端控制与信号检测电路设计相对薄弱,控制和信号采集基本都是依靠商业检测仪器搭建而成.本文基于现场可编程门阵列(FP-GA)设计开发了一套完整的小型原子磁力计控制与信号检测电路,实现了探头气室加热和温度控制,探头信号锁相放大及闭环检测功能.气室加热温度满足130~160℃可调且控制精度可达±0.2℃,同时闭环测量灵敏度可达65 fT/Hz,满足极弱磁信号探测需求.
