    Abstract
    在产教融合背景下,构建科学合理的实践教学体系是地方高校人才培养的一个重要环节.作为省属地方院校,成都医学院为适应社会需求,在医学检验技术专业办学中深化校企协同,构建了以实践教学目标体系的"四种能力"为中心,以实践内容体系、实践保障体系和实践评价体系为基础的医学检验技术专业"四力三基"实践教学体系,并取得了较好的实践效果.
