推拿联合热敏灸治疗经皮椎体成形术术后疼痛疗效观察

Abstract
目的:观察推拿联合热敏灸治疗经皮椎体成形术(PVP)术后疼痛的临床疗效.方法:将60例PVP术后疼痛患者随机分为推灸联合组和西药组各30例.西药组口服塞来昔布胶囊,每天1粒,5 d为1个疗程;推灸联合组在西药组治疗的基础上,联合运用推拿点穴和热敏灸治疗,每日1次,5d为1个疗程.观察两组治疗前后视觉模拟疼痛评分法(VAS)评分改善情况并比较疗效.结果:治疗1个疗程后,推灸联合组VAS评分改善及疗效均优于西药组(P<0.05).结论:推拿联合热敏灸治疗经皮椎体成形术术后疼痛安全有效,疗效满意,值得推广.
