老年颞叶痴笑性发作1例报告

Abstract
本文回顾性分析2022年3月就诊于山东大学齐鲁医院神经内科门诊的1例颞叶痴笑性癫痫患者的临床资料,并复习相关文献.患者女性,61岁,表现为痴笑性癫痫发作.发作间期脑电图可见间断双侧颞中及颞前区中高波幅棘漫波.颅脑MRI未见下丘脑错构瘤及其他相关病灶.经奥卡西平治疗后短期内控制了痴笑性癫痫发作.痴笑性癫痫为少见病,其中以下丘脑错构瘤致痴笑性癫痫常见,而本文报告的颞叶痴笑性癫痫少见.临床特征结合脑电图及颅脑MRI有助于诊断.
