来氟米特致皮肤严重不良反应的药学处置

Abstract
来氟米特为具有抗增殖活性的异(嗯)唑类免疫抑制剂.因半衰期长,不良反应的消除时间也相应延长.本文针对1例狼疮肾炎患者应用来氟米特后出现的皮疹及手指末梢紫绀的不良反应,给予药用炭、咪唑斯汀及前列地尔治疗,取得了良好效果.
