浅谈艾滋病感染孕产妇心理特点及护理研究

Abstract
目的：总结艾滋病感染孕产妇的心理特征，提出相对应的心理护理措施。方法选取2012年3月~2015年3月来我院就诊的感染HIV病毒孕产妇31例为研究对象，在患者入院后，对患者进行产前，产后心理护理，常规心理护理与健康知识宣教工作，争取短时间内取得患者及其家属的配合，消除不良心理，建立良好的护患关系。结果自愿终止妊娠者13例，其余产妇与家属在住院期间情绪稳定，可以全面配合医护人员的工作，无并发症案例，新生儿无早期感染，全部剖宫产。患者产后情况良好。出院后我院相关人员对其进行了随访，无产妇死亡与新生儿感染HIV案例。结论对艾滋病感染孕产妇进行有效心理护理工作，能够在短时间内消除患者不良心理情绪，提升治疗疾病与生产的依从性，减少艾滋病传播率，值得推广应用。
