Abstract
自上世纪90年代医学界认识自身免疫性胰腺炎(au-toimmune pancreatitis,AIP)后,许多学者发现AIP常伴发肝内外胆管狭窄,并且对类固醇激素治疗反应良好.起初这被认为是原发性硬化性胆管炎(primary sclerosing chol-angitis,PSC)的特殊类型.但随着IgG4相关性疾病(IgG4-related disease,IgG4-RD)概念的提出,学术界对IgG4-RD的认识逐渐深入,学者们发现IgG4-RD常累及胆管,2007年IgG4相关性硬化性胆管炎(IgG4-related sclerosing cholangitis,IgG4-SC)的概念被正式提出.
