    Abstract
    近年来生物制剂已广泛用于各类皮肤病的治疗,原理在于可以阻断参与疾病发生的特定细胞因子来达到治疗疾病的目的.系统性红斑狼疮为一种累及多系统会危及生命的自身免疫性疾病,白细胞介素17(IL-17)为狼疮发病核心过程的关键介质,开发一种针对IL-17的精准治疗方案无疑能使患者获益.本文将从IL-17与系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)的关系、抗IL-17疗法等方面进行综述,旨在为IL-17作为SLE治疗的靶点提供理论指导.
