Shell Model Study of 92mo and Systematic Features of the N = 50 Isotones

Abstract
The level structures of Mo-92 have been investigated using the shell model code nushellx@msu within two large model spaces containing neutron core excitations across the N = 50 closed shell. The calculated results are compared with the available experimental data, and reasonable agreements are obtained. The level structures of Mo-92, especially the levels come from neutron core excitations, are interpreted by the present calculations. The systematic features of neutron core excitations in the even-even N = 50 isotones have also been investigated.
