一步法钴催化Beckmann重排反应研究型综合实验设计

Abstract
改革传统教学模式,本文设计了以氟硼酸钴水合物为催化剂,在130℃,无溶剂条件下反应1 h,直接催化盐酸羟胺和酮类衍生物(物质的量比1.5:1),从而一步法钴催化Beckmann重排反应得到相应酰胺的研究型综合实验.学生以小组合作为开展模式,通过文献调研、实验设计、实验过程、表征分析等一系列活动,自主创新实验方案.既能改善传统教学一成不变的习惯,又能全方位提高学生的综合素养,达到培养合格研究型人才的目的.
