Abstract
With the annual increase of photovoltaic access to the distribution network capacity, a large increase of photovoltaic supply not only affects the energy supply quality of the distribution network, but also increases the difficulty of medium voltage distribution network dispatching. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a regulation means that can not only improve the photovoltaic consumption but also ensure the quality of energy supply. This paper analyzes the influence of distributed photovoltaic surplus power on low-voltage distribution network, and puts forward an operation control strategy of AC/DC mixed connection station area based on VSC equipment. First, a two-layer control strategy of multi-equipment coordination of the mixed distribution network is established. Subsequently, the Fuzzy C means clustering algorithm was used to classify the fault problems, and a set of bottom-up hierarchical optimization strategy was constructed according to the classification results. In addition, a set of multi-device coordination process was established. Finally, through the example analysis, it is proved that the method proposed in this paper can well absorb the surplus photovoltaic, and improve the energy supply quality of the whole network.
