Amrita Sharma

I am a progressive professional with 19 years of diversified experience in development sectors. I have worked extensively in skills development, entrepreneurship development, environment protection, Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), economic empowerment of women, and resource development sectors in my early career phase. I have always been a passionate about change in society through proper skilling. Hence, I am pursuing PhD in the Employability in the ICT sector and conducting research on Skills Gap, with all my research work expected to complete by October 2022. In terms of research, my major strength lies in data analysis using qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods research. All these work experiences have harnessed my project management skills. I have facilitated various high-level policy discussions and dialogues during my professional assignments. I feel very comfortable conducting training courses, workshops, and knowledge sharing. I am a team player interested in developing together with the team. I am a passionate woman interested in working in skill development and employability discourse in Nepal.
