Anh T N Nguyen

Dr Nguyen completed her PhD in 2017 (co-supervised by Prof Arthur Christopoulos and Dr Lauren May, Monash University). Her research focuses on understanding the drug-receptor interactions at G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs), advancing allosterism and biased agonism to aid the discovery of novel therapeutic strategies for cardiovascular and neurological diseases with minimal side effects. Her multidisciplinary research integrates molecular pharmacology, molecular modelling, high-throughput screening, and artificial intelligence to create a robust drug discovery pipeline for GPCRs. She is currently Chief Investigator on four research grants (~ $6.25 million).
