My research interests mainly include identifying the biological risk factors for respiratory diseases, such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) using multi-omics data, such as genome-wide association study (GWAS), transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics, epigenomics, and microbiome, and I hope to transform the research findings into community prevention and clinical intervention.
